My wife dropped her new iPhone on the same day I cracked the glass screen on my iPad On top of that we were visiting Naperville from our home in Florida and were frantic to get the issues investigated The Apple Store could not help before we had to head back to Florida so we called Dr Gadget and spoke to Ebad who graciously offered to check our devices Not only did he offer us same day service to repair the iPhone and iPad, he did it for a fraction of the cost that Apple quoted. Ebad and his colleague Jim were so pleasant, polite and professional Their honesty, integrity and skill were so impressive.
